To a more sustainable business future

We now agree that the pandemic will change everything, but how will we #renew?

We need positive, future focused companies to respond effectively to the challenges brought about not just by Covid-19, but also climate change and the societal strains that have emerged from years of globalisation.

Digital tech has been the underlying constant disrupter, running alongside these mega issues and I’ve been fortunate to play an on-field role in ‘digital’ through its four cycles. Late 90’s and early 2000’s of digital marketing and commerce; mid 2000s-2010 on customer experience, ux and service design; 2010-2015 with the mobile / app boom and 2015+ around AI, automation and cloud.

Tech will continue to open new possibilities and ways of working, but it is clear to me that a range of other aspects are needed to build scale, sustainable businesses for the next generation. These include:

Engaging #raretalent in leading the future ideas and businesses. In particular emerging leaders (who are often young, often from minority ethnic backgrounds) whose careers have been badly impacted by the current crisis.

Building increased #nextgenleadership skills such as purpose, authenticity, vulnerability and sustainability and mental health that will help us balance commercial outcomes alongside societal and environmental ones.

Accessing #capital to build new businesses via acquisitions, scale up investments, restructures or via disposals.

Engaging #scaleup techniques such as geographic expansion; entry into new industries, alliances & delivery models. All powered by AI and automation & cloud that requires a careful balancing with the emerging topics of #datasovereignty #humanetech #aiethics and #privacy.

So we founded #renew to help businesses grow in a sustainable fashion that delivers positive impact for the next generation.

We provide complimentary services in the areas listed above, with the objective of delivering scale growth, sustainably.

Our initial clients are in digital healthcare, luxury ecommerce and tech industries.

We work in a virtual first & values orientated way and with a fabulous ecosystem of partners and with a range of talented individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.
